Mayor Joao Herrera passed the agreement that allows the construction of the new square Joao Herrera, Mayor of Soledad (Atlántico), passed the Agreement Project for the acquisition of the lands for the construction of a new central square, which allows land acquisition through voluntary negotiations or administrative expropriation. The project will have a 8.000 square meters area, 1.500 of which will be green zones and will also include recreation spaces, street furniture, among other features like restoration works for the Bolivariano Museum. The project of San Antonio de Padua Square is part of the restoration plan of Soledad’s Historical Center, which requires an investment of over $12.500 million (COP) and in among the parks and squares plan of the State Government.
