Ernesto Cortissoz Airport flights to increase for Colombia vs Brasil



The high demand due to the match between Colombia and Brazil has increased the number of flights that will land in Barranquila. Ernesto Cortissoz airport team has informed that the airlains that operate in the city have enabled more than ten aditional flights than what they usually do.

Avianca, one of Colombia's principal airlines has ordered the operation of 10 aditional flights, as did Latam. Wingo, on the other side, will operate from Bogota with only one flight.

The airport has been working closely with the soccer federation in Colombia, "Federación Colombiana de Fútbol"in logistic matters and they have recommended travelers to be aware of the flight schedules and arrive on time to avoid missing flights. They also suggested having precaution with transportation and use onlu auhorized services.
